design-build process streamlines the project

Our process is simple.
Our initial home
consultation is free. Gathering information is the main
objective of the meeting. We will take all
pertinent information that you wish to see in the
proposed project so that we can design precisely what
you are looking for. This usually takes at least
an hour or more, depending the size and complexity of your
project.
Our next visit is
usually within 2 weeks. We return with a 1/8” scale sketch
floor plan, and elevation drawing along with a
detailed proposal for the project. At this time you will
have an idea of what the project will look like completed,
and have a figure to start with.

The nest step would be to finalize
the contract to build the project ora design contract to
continue
work on the design. If a build contractis signed, the design work is
incorporated with the job and we work withyou to get the design precisely the
way you desire. We will not stop untilthe design reflects your taste and
looks like it was part of the originalhome.
The final step is construction.
During the
construction process we havea weekly face to face meeting to
walk the job, answer questions, discussselections,
and most of all, educate you the homeowner. We
want to makesure that your experience with
